What will you be doing?
* Making it easy for customers to do business with Laminex.
* Handling customer orders, tracking deliveries, answering technical queries, and processing payments via phone, email, and webchat.
* Problem-solving and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
* Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
* This role requires prior experience in contact centre customer service
The details:
* Monthly Rotating Roster: 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (plus a half-hour lunch break).
* Based at our Tullamarine location with free parking.
* Monday & Friday fixed WFH days
