IT Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and customer-centric individual to provide first and second-level technical support to various teams across the APAC region.
About the Role
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for:
1. Technical Troubleshooting: Respond to service requests from end users, addressing complex issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
2. Network Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
3. Asset Lifecycle Management: Drive IT asset lifecycle management, identifying and proposing solutions and managing upgrades.
4. User Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborate with HR & Team Managers to assess and define end-user needs, managing all aspects of IT related to both onboarding and offboarding.
5. Project Delivery: Own the delivery of infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure outcomes are achieved.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
3. Proven experience in IT support, particularly in 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
5. Experience with IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop support applications.
