Visual Merchandising Team Leader
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead our Visual Merchandising team, overseeing the implementation of visual display strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, collaborating with the Design Manager on back-of-house tasks, and ensuring Sales and Margin targets are met.

* You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in providing exceptional customer service, handling consultations, and engaging customers with enthusiasm.
* Your expertise will be sought after by interior designers, architects, and builders seeking tile solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Showroom and Design Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising standards.
* Manage and complete daily operational tasks, including rostering and reporting.
* Train, mentor, and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning.
* Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards, representing the brand and optimizing sales.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in a retail or design environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
