About the role
We are currently partnering with a leading mining client to recruit an experienced Senior Site Finance Administrator for a site-based role in the Bowen Basin. This position will see you supporting both finance and site operations in a fast-paced environment, with an immediate start available.
* Process accounts transactions, invoices, and purchase orders
* Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
* Provide administrative support across finance and project teams
* Assist with site-based coordination and document management
* Manage reconciliations and general finance duties
* Assist the finance team with end of month duties
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in accounts, bookeeping or site-based finance administration
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a high-volume environment
* Proficiency across accounting systems and Microsoft Office
* Previous experience within mining, construction or civil environments is highly regarded
