Concrete Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the daily management of our concrete operations in Western Regional Victoria.
This is a multi-faceted role responsible for overseeing sales, operational and financial activities. You will be managing the day-to-day operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
* Engage with customers to grow and manage the existing customer base within the Geelong market.
* Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure excellent customer service.
* Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence within your region.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to achieve growth.
* Experience in a sales environment.
* A positive presence in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
