Main Job Responsibilities
* Providing technical support for:
o Computers and laptops
o Software applications
o Microsoft 365 systems
o Networks and cloud platforms
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
* Managing service desk tickets and resolving user problems efficiently
* Installing, configuring, and upgrading IT equipment and systems
* Supporting employee onboarding, account setup, and access management
* Maintaining IT infrastructure, printers, meeting room technology, and mobile devices
* Assisting with cybersecurity, system updates, and compliance procedures
* Supporting hybrid workplace and remote user environments
* Creating technical documentation and updating knowledge base systems
* Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams to improve IT services
