**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Luggage Attendant to join our Front Office team. As a member of this premium guest-facing role, you will deliver seamless arrivals and departures, handle luggage with care, and provide discreet, attentive service that sets the tone for an exceptional stay.
Key responsibilities include delivering flawless first impressions during guest arrivals and departures, handling luggage transfers with efficiency, care and discretion, and assisting guests with transport and special requests with a luxury standard of service.
The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months' experience as a porter in a 4–5 star or luxury property and impeccable grooming, communication and interpersonal skills. You must also hold an open QLD manual driver's licence and be eligible to obtain a Restricted Driver Authorisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 6–12 months' experience as a porter in a 4–5 star or luxury property
* Open QLD manual driver's licence (essential)
* Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Driver Authorisation (must have held drivers licence for 3+ years) (essential)
