**About the team**:
Reporting to the Group Risk Manager you will be focused on embedding the Coles Risk Management Framework which supports our vision to become the most trusted retailer in Australia and grow long term shareholder value.

**About the role**:

- Partnering with the business to implement and embed risk management processes into their day-to-day activities.
- Working with IT stakeholders (including the IT Risk Management team) to develop and embed an end-to-end technology risk processes, covering systems performance, cyber security, and data governance.
- Providing specialised advice to stakeholders across the business to unlock the potential of new business initiatives, including assessment of projects, suppliers and input into capital approval requests.
- Operationalise risk appetite framework, including identification of risk appetite, measures and targets to enable the business to be effective in managing its risk, and identification of reporting and escalation protocols.
- Contributing to the delivery of risk reporting to Coles Group Executive, Audit & Risk Committee, and Board; and participation in various business governance /steering committees.
- Planning for, and leading risk related activities
- Facilitating risk workshops with various stakeholders, and developing risk profiles and mitigation strategies

**About you and your skills**:

- Strong experience working in complex environments, creating and implementing risk roadmaps with ASX listed companies, preferred across technology landscapes.
- Excellent executive level stakeholder management skills, providing reports with Board and executive level.
- A sound knowledge of risk and governance principles and frameworks and experience in regulations to be able to provide astute specialist advice
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and specific Industry certifications will be highly regarded.
- Proven capabilities in analysing, interpreting, presenting and reporting complex information.
