Team X is Omnicom's integrated worldwide agency team for Mercedes-Benz. We are looking for an Account Manager to support our team in a freelance capacity. Team X brings together best-in-class talent across Mercedes-Benz's customer journey with expertise in Media and CRM, Brand and Performance Creative, Web Personalization and Content Automation, Public Relations and Events, Organic / Paid Social & Sponsorship – to fuel the world's most valuable luxury car maker as it shifts gears to lead the industry in electric mobility of the future and build the world's most desirable cars. We are looking for the best talent in the industry to join us and help shape the future of the agency model and the one of the world's most iconic and recognized brands. Responsibilities: As an Account Manager at Team X, you will play a crucial part of agency project delivery and operations. You will be responsible for managing agency / project workflows, resource and finance management, overseeing agency projects and departments to produce excellent campaigns that are flawlessly executed. Your role is to nurture, inspire and grow your client's businesses by ensuring your internal team has the tools they need to succeed and that agency workflows and processes are a well-oiled machine. You are responsible for the delivery of your client team, project work, team operations and must display integrity, enthusiasm, focus and a can-do attitude at all times. Required Skills and Experience * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Tracking project performance to facilitate accurate budget vs. actual reconciliation * Strong knowledge of web, mobile, eDM and digital display and trafficking processes and technologies * Experience liaising with developers and designers and a clear understanding of their world * 3 years of digital production and/or project management experience * A keen interest in digital marketing, technology-led solutions and innovation to enhance customers' experiences and drive business results * Experience with a task tracking systems such as Asana, Trello and Jira * Experience liaising with clients and third-party suppliers in a professional manner * Efficient use of day-to-day agency hardware and software such MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac OS / Windows, Adobe Suite, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello), etc. * You'll be competent with financial systems, estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget * Hands-on knowledge of CRM and digital activation tools such as SFMC, DSP, GA; understanding of AEM and data/analytics reporting tools and dashboards * Media planning experience will be a bonus
