Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser - Pacific Fair
The Role
Rostered Monday to Friday with varying shift times. The Senior In-Store Visual Merchandiser will create visually captivating merchandise displays, make customer-driven decisions, execute visual merchandise directives, and lead all in-store visuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement in-store creative concepts including internal and third-party campaigns, windows, and mannequins.
* Initiate and implement innovative visual merchandising solutions to support store functions.
* Organise and execute set-up for promotional events and installations for brand and store.
* Support the Store Manager in planning and managing key priorities such as campaign launches, visual merchandising, stock management, and in-store marketing.
* Mentor and train Junior VM and store team, ensuring consistent adherence to Visual Merchandise standards.
* Develop and drive the store's creativity strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a high turnover, large-format fashion retailer.
* Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV / Diploma) preferred.
* Strong knowledge of fashion brands and a customer-first mindset.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and commercial acumen to make decisions that drive sales.
* Excellent time-management skills, prioritisation, and delegation.
* Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptability and positive response to change amid rapid business growth.
