**About you**:
- Experience in an administrative or call centre/customer care role
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with database and other administrative tools
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
**Key role responsibilities**:
- Supporting key operational activities within the company
- Ability to maintain a high level of care when dealing with customers
- Confidentially managing administrative requirements
- Managing customer correspondents across multiple channels
