Community Engagement and Service Coordinator
This role is a key part of our organization, focused on building strong relationships with local communities to enhance their wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services that meet community needs, engaging with the community through regular consultations and relationship-building, and championing initiatives that have a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Wimmera Child and Family Alliance, a partnership aimed at improving service coordination and outcomes for families
* Designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that improve service delivery and community engagement
* Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective collaboration and communication
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in social work, community development, public policy, or a related field
* Current driver's license
* Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating service coordination and improvement initiatives
