Domestic Campaigns Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of integrated domestic student recruitment campaigns.

* Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging paid, earned, and owned media channels.
* Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, media planning, and messaging frameworks to maximise impact.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships across key teams to ensure collaborative campaign delivery.
* Oversee campaign execution, including budget and timeline management, agency coordination, and performance tracking to optimise outcomes.
* Manage and mentor a team member to support campaign delivery and performance.

* Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of media strategy, market intelligence, and performance analytics.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret data, develop reports, and present insights to inform decision-making.
