Project Controls Specialist Role

This permanent, full-time position involves ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of large and complex projects within an assigned operating unit.

* Establish and maintain project control systems for cost, schedule, and risk management.
* Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenditures, and identify variances.
* Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on budget.

* Manage workforce plans, timesheet administration, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
* Prepare monthly accruals, client financial reporting, and project status reports.
* Assist in bid estimation, pricing schedule process, and document control.
