Key Responsibilities
Determining and implementing engineering strategies, policies, and plans is crucial for our organization's success. This involves interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications to provide advice on engineering methods and procedures that meet construction and production requirements.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager who can establish project schedules and budgets, ensuring conformity with specifications and plans, laws, regulations, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will also oversee maintenance requirements to optimize efficiency and liaise with other teams regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a related field
* A degree in Engineering Management or a related qualification
* Able to communicate effectively in English
