Tilegne Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Music therapist to take on a fulfilling role at our fast-growing company/ social enterprise. The role is to provide clinical support and expertise to an multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to family-centred practice. The role will be split across 2 sites- Footscray and Malvern East. The role is primarily clinical, and has a leadership focus in our graduate program. The role provides leadership, support, and assistance in daily site management and operational tasks, quality improvement, program development, professional development, and research, as determined by the needs of the organisation.

The successful applicant will perform the following tasks:
Clinical
* Manage a clinical caseload and provide professional services to families and children impacted by developmental delays and other disabilities
* Conduct assessments
* Undertake clinical leadership and professional guidance and supervision (through team meetings and case reviews), mentoring and professional development with the clinical team to grow the music therapy team
* Document all assessment and intervention information consistent with company policies
* Undertake education sessions to families, team members and community members to improve outcomes for children with an ASD
* Attend regular team meetings and contribute to team planning and evaluation of services

The successful applicant will possess the following:
* AHPHRA registration or relevant Music Therapy degree required
* Experience in Paediatric and / or adolescent service provision
* Experience working with children and young people with autism
* Awareness of principles of, and dedication to evidence-based practice
* Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
* Working with Children Check
* Current and valid Police check
* Current drivers licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
