Receptionist/Scheduling Assistant - Immediate Start
Immediate Start - we are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our team.
This is a full-time role (8.30 - 4.30) that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment whilst also having the benefit of working in a small office environment.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will support our administrative team by handling a variety of tasks, including entering work orders, managing our main email inbox, and assisting with scheduling tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet phone callers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage and monitor the main company email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
* Enter work orders into the system accurately and promptly.
* Collaborate closely with the Scheduler, providing administrative support and helping with scheduling tasks when necessary.
* Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, organising paperwork, and other tasks as assigned.
* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
* Working closely with plumbers, providing administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is essential.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Professional and friendly demeanour.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
