Optical Store Manager Opportunity


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Store Manager to lead our team in Albury. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.



About the Role



* Lead and manage a high-performing optical store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and promotions.

* Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement, motivation, and development.

* Develop and implement effective sales plans, tactics, and strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

* Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.




Requirements
