Billing & Claims Administration Officer
As a Billing and Claims Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Accounts Receivable and Collections team with day-to-day administration, billing, and data entry tasks.
About this role:
* You will be responsible for data entry, billing, adjustments, and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in high-volume environments.
* Maintaining accurate client and account records is crucial to your success, as well as reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting invoicing processes.
* You will also assist with accommodation bond and Medicare claims processing, providing excellent customer service to clients, families, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Data entry, billing, adjustments, and claims processing. You will also maintain accurate client and account records, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support invoicing processes.
Additional duties include assisting with accommodation bond and Medicare claims processing, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies, legislation, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in billing/accounts receivable, preferably in aged care or healthcare, is highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems (Dynamics AX9 experience advantageous).
* A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach are necessary for success in this role.
