Role: Receptionist
Location: Gold Coast
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Super
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
* Managing the reception desk and main phone line
* Handling mail, couriers and deliveries
* Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
* Supporting the team with general admin and document handling
* Coordinating appointments and assisting with scheduling
* Maintaining office and reception supplies
What You Will Bring
* Ideally some experience in reception, admin, front-of-house or customer service in a professional setting
* Corporate presentation and strong communication skills
* Friendly, proactive and confident approach
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Competence with Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems
* Reliability, professionalism and discretion
