Riva Offices is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Manager to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role that combines sales, member experience, business development, and workspace operations. You'll be responsible for helping prospective members find the right workspace solution while ensuring our existing members continue to receive the exceptional service and hospitality-led experience Riva is known for.
Working out of our flagship premium coworking and private office location in Bundall, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining strong member relationships, and upholding the high standards that make Riva one of the Gold Coast's leading flexible workspace providers.
What you'll be doing
* Responding to sales enquiries in a timely, professional, and consultative manner
* Conducting tours and office inspections for prospective private office and coworking members
* Preparing sales proposals and membership agreements for new members
* Managing leads, opportunities, and customer relationships within the CRM
* Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
* Building strong relationships with members to ensure an exceptional customer experience
* Assisting with the management and presentation of our workspace environments
* Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors where required
* Preparing weekly sales, occupancy, and performance reports for management
* Working closely with the leadership team regarding enquiries, leasing opportunities, and member needs
* Managing member invoicing processes and assisting with arrears collection when required
* Collaborating with the Community & Events team to support networking and member engagement initiatives
* Contributing to occupancy growth across our locations
* Supporting a collaborative team environment focused on delivering outstanding service
What we're looking for
* 1-2 years' experience in a coworking environment as a Leasing Manager, Community Manager, or similar role
* Alternatively, experience within commercial property sales and leasing
* Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
* Professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience in property management, workspace operations, or hospitality is highly regarded
