Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer‐focused Service Specialist to join our National client support team. In this role, you will work with Client Managers and Client Executives across diverse national client portfolios, ensuring seamless support to internal and external stakeholders and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing a career in insurance, proactive, customer‐focused, and eager to contribute to a high‐performing team.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance and risk needs.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face‐to‐face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
* Participate in pre‐renewal, renewal, and post‐renewal activities, including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and in a timely manner.
* Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other broking duties.
* Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
* Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work in a close team environment.
* Ability to work within tight time frames.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Email systems, Teams and Google Drive.
* Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.
* Being curious, highly motivated and engaged.
