The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, ambitious and highly professional Lawyer looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growing practice. KCL Law's Property team are dynamic and astute and have experience advising on a broad range of property matters including major development projects, commercial transactions and leasing and residential transactions.
The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team. Together with solid technical and drafting skills you will have a strong knowledge of and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, commercial leases, development agreements, joint venture agreements, due diligence, acquisitions / disposals and commercial landlord and tenant work.
