Overview
We're looking for a strategic, data‐driven, and builder‐minded marketing leader to drive growth across APAC — not only through pipeline and revenue, but by accelerating developer community engagement and product adoption at scale.
As a marketing key leader in our go‐to‐market organization, you will own the full regional marketing strategy across demand generation, developer community, and adoption. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue, Product, and Developer Relations — responsible for building a modern, full‐funnel engine that drives awareness, activates developers, influences buyers, and ultimately converts to pipeline, revenue, and long‐term product usage.
If you are a regional marketing leader who knows how to balance revenue outcomes with developer love — and can scale both — this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Own the APAC regional marketing strategy – developing and executing integrated plans that drive pipeline, revenue, developer adoption, and community growth.
* Partner closely with Revenue to deliver against pipeline and revenue targets, while also aligning to product adoption and usage goals.
* Build and scale a full‐funnel marketing engine across:
o Demand generation (pipeline creation and acceleration)
o Developer community (engagement, advocacy, and growth)
o Product adoption (activation, education, and expansion)
* Design and execute innovative, multi‐channel campaigns that drive:
o MQLs and sourced pipeline
o Developer acquisition and engagement
o Product trial, activation, and ongoing usage
* Lead high‐impact regional programs and moments (GitHub‐led, partner, and third‐party events) that connect developers, technical decision makers, and executive buyers.
* Partner with Developer Relations and Product Marketing to bring the developer voice into regional programming and ensure content resonates across technical and business audiences.
* Build and scale developer‐first programs (workshops, community events, user groups, hands‐on experiences) that drive real product usage and learning.
* Own performance measurement across the funnel – from awareness → engagement → pipeline → adoption – continuously optimizing based on data and insights.
* Lead and empower a high‐performing regional team to deliver predictable pipeline while also scaling community and adoption programs.
* Partner with SDR and Sales teams to ensure strong lead quality, clear SLAs, and tight feedback loops – while also evolving beyond leads to product‐led and community‐driven growth motions.
* Drive strong internal storytelling – connecting marketing efforts to pipeline, revenue, product usage, and customer impact.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
* 10+ years experience in business‐to‐business (B2B) integrated marketing (digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business‐to‐business integrated marketing, event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or a related field
o OR equivalent experience.
* 1+ year(s) people management experience.
* Experience driving measurable business outcomes across pipeline generation, revenue growth, developer engagement, and product adoption.
* Experience partnering cross‐functionally with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with developer marketing, community building, or technical audience engagement.
* Familiarity with product‐led growth (PLG) and driving product adoption metrics (e.g., MAU, activation, expansion).
* Experience partnering closely with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and partner ecosystems.
* Track record of building integrated, multi‐channel campaigns that connect brand, demand, and product usage.
* Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tie marketing efforts to business impact.
* Experience operating in APAC markets with an understanding of regional nuances and go‐to‐market strategies.
