Key Responsibilities
Perform precise and efficient meat cutting, boning, and trimming
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Operate and maintain butchery equipment
Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Ensure compliance with Australian meat processing regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a butcher (blokman) in a commercial environment
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Willingness to relocate to Australia
Experience in export abattoirs will be advantageous
Remuneration
Annual salary between AUD $75,000 and $85,000
Plus 12% superannuation (employer contribution to retirement fund)
