Job Description
We're looking for a Warehouse / Customer Service team member to join our Thomastown branch.
This is a hands-on role where you'll split your time between supporting customers and assisting with warehouse operations, working closely with a supportive team in a fast‐paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting customers over the counter and via phone
* Processing orders and providing product support
* Picking, packing and dispatching stock
* Supporting stock control and inventory management
* Working closely with warehouse and team members
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
