Main Responsibilities

* Respond to critical incidents requiring counselling support, ensuring timely and effective responses.
* Design and deliver wellbeing programs and policies that cater to diverse needs.
* Facilitate workshops and professional learning opportunities for staff.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and programme effectiveness.
* Liaise with external agencies to provide additional support services.
