Job Title: Change Management Specialist
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a workplace health and safety framework, managing changes associated with the framework, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish a workplace health and safety framework;
* Manage changes associated with the framework;
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment;
* Manage strategic human resources projects as required.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated strategic and specialist understanding and application of human resources frameworks;
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced and complex organization;
* Demonstrated experience in researching, investigating, and analyzing relevant information and data;
* Well-developed written communication skills;
* Well-developed interpersonal skills;
* Highly desirable: relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology or human resources.
