We’re looking for dependable and experienced Civil Trade Assitant who are ready to make an impact. $40ph 10 hour days Bathurst NSW (Counts as Regional Work) What You’ll Do: Assist Formwork Carpenters with the setup, installation, and stripping of formwork Support civil crews with general labouring and site tasks Prepare and handle materials including timber, steel, reo, and formwork systems Assist with placing and securing reinforcement (reo and mesh) prior to pours Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite Follow instructions from supervisors and trades to meet project deadlines Adhere to all site safety protocols and company policies What We’re Looking For: Current White Card (essential) Previous experience in civil construction, formwork, or similar environments Ability to take direction and work well in a team Physically fit and reliable Own tools (highly regarded but not essential) Available to start ASAP Why TradeConnex?
