Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential building facade and external remedial projects. This role involves overseeing programmes from $5m to $10m+.
* Develop comprehensive project programmes and communicate them effectively to the team.
* Deliver projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that construction programmes are followed and project quality is maintained.
* Identify and manage construction risks throughout all projects, escalating issues when necessary.
* Manage project expenditure and cash flow, as well as external engineering design aspects of projects.
* Maintain HSEQ requirements on the project.
* Produce progress reports and deliver client expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
* Minimum 5-15+ years of successful delivery of refurb/new build or remedial projects from start to finish.
* Demonstrated leadership ability in building and motivating teams to deliver high-quality projects.
* Knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards.
* Strong planning and project financial reporting skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
* Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
