About the Role
This is a hands‐on leadership position. You'll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations — from team development and supplier relationships to cost controls and workflow efficiency. You'll set the standard for food quality, plating, and service while leading, mentoring, and motivating a high‐performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of seasonal, trend‐driven menus that balance creativity, quality, and profitability.
* Inspire and develop a passionate kitchen team, fostering growth and professionalism.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years as a Head Chef in a high‐volume venue.
* A hands‐on leader with strong business acumen and operational expertise.

* Skilled in rosters, stock control, budgeting, and GP management.
* A motivator and mentor who builds strong, talented teams.
