* Experience Diversified: Whether you've honed your skills in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare, your prior experience equips you for success. Previous medical‐reception experience is not required, but it is a valuable asset.
* Charm with Communication: Your exceptional communication skills, both in‐person and over the phone, coupled with a friendly demeanour, will set the tone for welcoming and efficient patient interactions.
* Presentation Matters: We value professionalism; being well‐presented and punctual is second nature to you.

* Accommodation Considerations: Accommodation is not provided with this role; applicants must arrange for their own accommodation on Hamilton Island.
* Guided Growth: In-house training conducted by our senior receptionist will empower you to flourish. This growth journey will commence on your agreed‐upon start date and will be further nurtured with ongoing support.
