Job Description

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a breakdown.

Your work will be meaningful, hands‐on, and genuinely life‐changing for the people you support.

What you'll be doing

* Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans
* Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
* Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
* Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
* Championing the reduction (and elimination) of restrictive practices

You'll thrive with us if you:

* Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at minimum CORE level with experience
* Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
* Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
* Have a genuine passion for disability support
