Job Description
Based in our Camberwell Support Office and reporting to the Product Manager - Corporate Systems, this role is all about maximising the value of our enterprise platforms - from ERP and CRM to HR, Finance and beyond.
As our Applications Product Owner - Corporate Systems, you'll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across Finance, HR and Operations to turn ideas into outcomes and strategy into smart, scalable solutions. * Own and prioritise the product backlog across corporate systems and internal platforms.
* Translate vision and roadmaps into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Partner closely with Finance, HR, Operations and other stakeholders to understand processes and system needs.
* Drive enhancements and optimisation across ERP, CRM, workflow, reporting and integrations.
* Deliver measurable business outcomes - efficiency, compliance, reliability and great user experiences.
* Analyse processes, anticipate future needs and help shape practical, scalable solutions.
Desired Skills And Experience
You're a confident Product Owner who enjoys working across teams and technologies. You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise platforms.
* A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Information Systems or a related field (desirable).
* Product Owner or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO or similar - a bonus!).
* A solid understanding of APIs and system integration principles.
* Experience in a Retail or Franchise environment.
* Hands‐on experience with M365, ERP systems, Franchise Relationship Management or similar platforms.
