About the Role
Director, Process Engineering – Wastewater
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects across ANZ
* Develop and implement innovative process engineering solutions, with a focus on advanced technologies and sustainable outcomes
* Provide technical leadership, solving complex challenges and guiding best‐practice design approaches
* Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high‐value solutions
* Support business growth by contributing to proposals, winning work, and expanding the project portfolio
* Mentor and develop junior engineers, building team capability and fostering a culture of learning and innovation
Qualifications
* Engineering degree (essential); CPEng and/or RPEQ/RPEV highly regarded
* Strong experience (ideally 12 years+ ) in wastewater treatment at a senior/technical leadership level
* Deep knowledge of treatment processes, plant design, and ANZ regulations
* Experience across the full asset lifecycle
* Well‐connected in the Australian water industry
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and process engineering skills
* Excellent communicator with a client‐focused, people‐first approach
* Able to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
