Join RSM's Audit & Assurance team in Sydney as an Auditor or Audit Senior. In this permanent role you will manage audit engagements from planning to completion, deliver high‐quality audit services, and build trusted client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Manage audit engagements from planning through completion and reporting.
* Prepare audit work papers and document findings across complex audit areas.
* Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit issues.
* Review financial statements for compliance with Accounting Standards.
* Lead and mentor team members across multiple engagements.
* Ensure audit methodology compliance and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2.5 years of audit experience, preferably across diverse industries.
* Experience acting as in‐charge (AIC) and supervising junior team members.
* CAANZ qualified or close to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge of Australian and/or International Auditing Standards and the Australian Corporations Act.
* Clear and confident communication with clients and colleagues.
* Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive culture.
* Curious mindset and passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional client service.
