Job Description:
As an Application Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading your team, collaborating with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development and advanced knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, along with other SAP technologies.

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development is required.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite is recommended.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Administration, SAP BTP API Management, SAP Cloud
* Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform is suggested.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
* Experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance and reliability.
