This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile enterprise programs, providing hands-on leadership and delivering quality outcomes for some of the region's largest organisations.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate testing activities across multiple phases and streamsDrive test planning, strategy, and execution to ensure high-quality deliveryManage defect triage and reporting using OpenText ALMCollaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers in Agile and traditional environmentsMentor and support junior testers, ensuring best practices are followed across the teamContribute to continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologiesKey Requirements2+ years' experience in a Test Lead roleISTQB Advanced Test Analyst (or equivalent certification)Proven experience across CI/CD (DevOps), Agile, Iterative, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesStrong proficiency in OpenText ALM / HP ALM, including test execution and defect managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities across large enterprise projectsWhy Join Planit?
