Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Western NSW Quarries Logistics Tipper team. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Talbragar (near Dubbo) Quarry.

Your day will involve:
* Overseeing company and contractor drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
* Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
* Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
* Undertaking Heavy Vehicle inspections
* Investigating incidents and accidents
* Resolving public queries and complaints
* Utilisation of company assets and P&L oversight
* Stakeholder engagement with central allocations team
What are we looking for?
* A current and valid Drivers License
* Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and NHVAS regulations
* Background in Logistics/ Transport, Supply Chain/ Manufacturing
* Genuine interest and commitment towards learning and development
* Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Management is desirable
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage time and competing priorities within fast paced environments
* Good technological skills with the ability to learn new systems (Excel, telematics, payroll systems, etc.)
