Overview
A reputable aged care organisation across Australia provides services within aged care. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the day to day clinical operations of this medium sized aged care home. You will work with dedicated registered nurses and care staff, and report to a supportive Facility Manager.
Responsibilities
* Daily clinical management of the facility
* Provide leadership & direction to care staff
* Education and mentorship for staff
* Ensure resident lifestyle & care needs are met
* Ensure quality & accreditation guidelines are met
Qualifications and Experience
* Current AHPRA registration
* Working experience across residential aged care
* Recent experience in a Deputy/Care Manager capacity
* Experience managing staff and providing support to teams
* Understanding and knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
* Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience and understanding of ACFI process
* Strong communication skills
Compensation and Logistics
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $76,059.10 – $150,215.48 per year
Relocation: Sydney NSW – reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
