Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Professional
We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical governance, coaching, and quality uplift position.
You will be responsible for:
* Promoting and proactively embedding the National Quality Framework across regional operations.
* Contributing to the development of our Quality Audit Program, including tools, templates, and frameworks supporting child safety & wellbeing, work health & safety, food safety, environmental sustainability, emergency management, and document & data control.
* Supporting regional forums and meetings to strengthen understanding of the NQF and quality assurance processes.
* Couching Regional, Area, and Centre Managers to build capability and ensure ongoing compliance and A&R readiness.
* Guiding Centre Managers to monitor, document, and embed continuous improvement practices.
* Assisting in developing learning resources, FAQs, and capability-building materials.
* Collaborating with Property on remediation and safety actions stemming from compliance breaches or urgent risks.
* Conducting audits and inspections using ISO audit principles, validating findings through documentation, interviews, and observations.
* Scheduling and delivering audits in line with business priorities and anticipated A&R timelines.
* Reporting audit findings, compliance trends, and opportunities for policy and process improvement.
* Preparing accurate, evidence-based audit reports with clear recommendations and achievable timeframes.
* Maintaining and reporting data across relevant audit categories.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and A&R process.
* Has experience in multi-site compliance, governance, auditing, or operations in early childhood.
* Is passionate about child safety, quality practice, and coaching others.
* Has exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence, guide, and build capability across diverse teams.
* Has high attention to detail, objectivity, and confidence in managing compliance and risk decisions.
* Has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
