Primarily operating as a Paramedic, this role involves assessing patient conditions, making critical decisions under pressure, and delivering swift, effective medical treatment in emergency situations.In addition to clinical duties, the Paramedic ESO contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of emergency response operations.
This includes supporting site safety, managing incident response logistics, assisting with evacuations, and playing a key role in fire, rescue, or hazardous material incidents.This combined role requires strong clinical expertise, calm decision-making in high-pressure environments, and a proactive approach to safety and emergency preparedness.About YouExperience working as a Paramedic & experience working as an ESODegree in Paramedicine or equivalentCurrent and Valid APHRA RegistrationALS (Advanced Life Support) CertificationRII30719 – Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue (or equivalent) must include: Undertake confined space rescue (PUASAR025), Undertake vertical rescue (PUASAR032) & Road crash rescue (PUASAR024)PUAVEH001 – Drive Vehicle Under Operational ConditionsHLTPAT005 – Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testingHeavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence to operate site fire appliancesHLTAID011 – Provide First AidHLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) – current within 12 monthsWhat we offer?
