About the role
As an Assistant to the Body Corporate Manager, you will provide essential support to the Body Corporate Manager, assisting with the management of shared spaces like foyers, car parks, and gardens. You'll also work with owners, committees, and contractors to help organise meetings, manage enquiries, and support day-to-day operations.
From day one you will receive training and with the backing of a small but professional team who care about your success and the service we deliver to our clients.
In this role, you will help with:
* Maintenance coordination – supporting urgent and scheduled upkeep for shared areas.
* Meeting preparation – helping plan and document Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
* Client and admin support – managing enquiries, correspondence, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
This role is ideally a full-time position, or as close to full-time as possible, to support the needs of our clients and team.
