We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a close-knit, highly regarded software development and implementation business that has built a genuine market-leading position across the Australian and New Zealand dealership sector. This is a hands-on BA role where you will own the full requirements lifecycle across new features, change requests, and system updates, working closely with project managers, developers, and directly with clients. Working across multiple concurrent projects, you will be the bridge between customers and the development team, translating complex business needs into clear, high-quality software solutions. The product suite is an integrated software platform covering interconnected functions across sales, service, parts, accounting and CRM. You will need to understand how these systems connect and depend on each other, as this sits at the core of how you will work day to day.
