Swan Transit is currently seeking a Permanent Part Time Bus Service Officer to work at Whitfords Station.
About the Role
We are looking for a customer service focused individual that has a strong commitment to safety, dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to our passengers.
This is a Part-time position, Monday to Friday, supporting customers during peak morning (6:45AM to 9AM) and late afternoon (2:45PM to 6:30PM) periods, averaging 30 hours per week.
This position will report to Joondalup Depot.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to passenger enquiries regarding services, connections, local attractions, and ticketing
* Monitor bus operations to ensure services run smoothly and adhere to the approved timetable
* Coordinate bus services with other Transperth connections
* Provide support and assistance to drivers as required

About You
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to reliable transport
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Ability to assess situations quickly and make practical decisions
* Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
* Sound knowledge of the metropolitan area and bus network
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
* Ability to obtain National Police Clearance Certificate
