Our Perth Head Office is looking for full-time Contact Centre Operators to join our team.
About the role
* Answer calls within a timely manner and with a high level of phone etiquette
* Treat customers with empathy, respect and provide a high-quality service
* Work with each customer to identify how we can meet their needs
* Upkeep client and contact register, utilising internal software systems
* Maintain accurate notes on all customer interactions
About you
* You will have a high level of time management and organisational skills
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Clear and effective communicator with a professional phone etiquette
* High level of personal and professional integrity
* Able to provide a current National Police Clearance
