Join our client as an ICT Systems Administrator supporting a broad range of customer environments across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and end-user systems. This role is ideal for a well‐rounded IT professional who enjoys variety, problem solving, and working closely with both customers and internal technical teams.
What You'll Do
* Provide Level 2-3 systems administration and technical support across client environments
* Manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud platforms
* Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and project work
* Troubleshoot technical issues across servers, desktops, networking, and security environments
* Work directly with customers both remotely and onsite to deliver strong technical outcomes
About You
* 3+ years of experience in ICT infrastructure, systems administration, or managed services
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
* Exposure to networking, virtualization, backup, and cloud technologies
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Clear communicator with a professional and customer‐focused approach
