About Us

At Community Support Incorporated (CSI), we have been delivering high-quality, person-centred care across South Australia for over 30 years. During that time, we have built a strong reputation for supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand into Melbourne and bring the same trusted, values-driven care to a new community.

At CSI, people always come first, both our clients and our team. We are committed to creating positive outcomes for the people we support, while also providing a workplace where staff feel valued, respected, and empowered to grow.

When you join CSI, you are joining an organisation that values compassion, reliability, teamwork, and genuine care.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers in Melbourne to join a premium, concierge-style Onsite Shared Support Service Model, delivering consistent and high-quality care to clients with complex needs.

This is not your standard shift-work role. We are looking for dedicated people who value continuity of care and are available to work longer shifts as part of a 24/7 rostered support environment.

Our clients rely on familiar faces, dependable routines, and workers who genuinely show up when it matters most. That is why reliability and commitment are so important in this role.

The role is expected to commence from 5 June 2026. Please note that all candidates will be required to complete an onboarding process prior to commencement, including any relevant training where required to support you in the role.

Your Role

You will provide hands‐on support to clients with complex and high‐needs care requirements, including:

* Personal care
* Manual handling
* Medication assistance
* Domestic support
* Community access and social participation

This role requires confidence, initiative, and the ability to respond calmly and professionally in a dynamic environment.

Available shifts:
* 8:00am- 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 8:00pm
* 8:00pm- 8:00am (4 hours active, 8 hours passive)
What We're Looking For

We are seeking Support Workers who are experienced, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and great documentation skills. A proactive approach to care is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or similar)
* Previous experience supporting clients with complex or high‐needs care
* Flexibility to work long shifts, including overnight and weekend work
* Confidence working within a 24/7 rostered care model
* A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
* Genuine compassion and commitment to person‐centred care
Essential Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current National Police Check
* Smartphone compatible with company systems/apps

Depending on the client's support needs, a valid driver's licence, insured vehicle, and Working with Children Check may also be required.

Why Join CSI?

At CSI, we know great staff are the heart of great care. That's why we invest in our people and offer:

* Salary Packaging to increase your take‐home pay
* Ongoing training and development opportunities
* Supportive leadership and team culture
* Recognition for your commitment, reliability, and hard work
Important Note

This role is best suited to Support Workers who are looking for stable hours, longer shifts, and the opportunity to be part of a consistent and dedicated care team. If you're reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
