This senior leadership role will focus on driving growth, strengthening access to core services, and building key partnerships to deliver exceptional care to the community.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex organisations, achieving key performance indicators, and budget targets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide executive leadership and operational management to achieve the organisation's vision, priorities, objectives, and strategic directions.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
Requirements:
* A strong background in healthcare leadership, with experience in managing complex organisations and teams.
* Proven ability to develop and implement business plans, drive growth, and improve efficiency.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and partners.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications in a field related to healthcare.
