Overview
Our client, a large complex organisation within the education sector, are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to assist them in delivering one of its most significant transformation initiatives through their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The ERP is a multi-year program replacing their finance and human resources systems with a modern, cloud-based platform. The program will deliver foundational improvements across Finance, People & Culture, and Digital portfolios with significant impacts across the broader organisation. The role reports to the Senior Change Manager, ERP Program, and will work closely with the ERP Program team, functional leads, and business stakeholders. Brisbane City Fringe Location with flexibility to WFH 2-3 days per week. Initial contract 17/11/2026 until 16/10/2026 with possible extension paying from $1,000/day.
Responsibilities
Apply structured change management and engagement methodologies (e.g. Lean Change, Prosci, human-centred design) to plan and lead change management activities.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Lead the development and delivery of change communication and engagement activities to build awareness, understanding and adoption.
Collaborate with program and project managers, functional leads, and business SME to embed change activities in delivery roadmaps.
Develop feedback loops and metrics to measure engagement success and inform iterative improvements where identified.
Support and lead engagement sessions.
Identify, monitor and mitigate change-related risks.
Actively engage and support leaders and key stakeholders across the change.
Provide Change updates to key project resources (i.e. Project Steering Groups) and others as required.
Key Skills and experience required
Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale organisational change within multi-stakeholder environments
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all organisational levels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage and drive collaboration both in person and remotely (utilising collaboration tools).
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and evolving project environments.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a focus on collaboration and outcomes.
